Easy Bruschetta

This bruschetta is really quick and simple. It’s perfect for a holiday appetizer or to use up those last tomatoes from the garden.

1 loaf french bread
3 cloves crushed garlic
6 cubed tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste

  1. Thinly slice french bread, drizzle with oil and place under the broiler until toasted.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to toasted bread.
