This bruschetta is really quick and simple. It’s perfect for a holiday appetizer or to use up those last tomatoes from the garden.
1 loaf french bread
3 cloves crushed garlic
6 cubed tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
- Thinly slice french bread, drizzle with oil and place under the broiler until toasted.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and add to toasted bread.
