I’ve been really busy lately, so I’ve had little time to cook. Tonight, Allison picked up tacos from El Famous Burrito on her way home. Gotta love $1 Taco Tuesday.

El Famous veggie tacos have lettuce, avocado, cheese, rice and beans on double corn tortillas. I got jalapenos & carrots on the side.

Not bad for $3 and some change.
